Log homes (traditional-type houses)

Thanks to the heavy mass of the logs and the notch system, this house can get over any ordeal. By the way, the oldest buildings are 800 years old.

The structure of our log homes is from 160x360 mm diameter and is manually put together by a professional team. This type of log homes shows many advantages. Concerning the insulation of the log house, the doubling of the sides is not necessary. Only an insulator is needed between the logs.

But its structure, the log homes allows the renewable pf the air which is very healthy. Moreover, the log regulates the hygrometry and the soundproofing.

We have a specialized team of fitters who has a great know-how. Their formation was made by Allan Mackie, very well-know in the field of log homes. Recognized for is skills he taught his art and published books such ‘Building with logs’ and ‘Notches of all kind’ that made him famous all around the world in this field.

Our society is the exclusive representative of Allan Mackie School in Romania.
