Anxious of preserving our environment and your comfort, we offer you 5 different buildings systems in which you will probably find your happiness:
For any type of house that we realize:
 concerned about the environment, our houses are treated with Resistol which is an ecological product, recognized by the CTBA: it is an insecticide and fungicide that garantees the protection of the wood;
we work with ‘Fenestrela 68’ a company which makes high quality windows and doors. They are made of 3 coasts laminated wood (spruce and pine) with a double glazing 4/16/4 mm, type LOWE of coeffcient thermal transmission k=1,1 w/m˛.°C, with a hardware type ROTO NT;
the external and interior coverings of our houses are realized on demand in function of you choices (brick, plaster-boad, stone, rendering...);
it is also possible without any constraint:
- to add on our wood treated with Resistol, a timber preservative, a transparent or color lacquer which will add an aesthetic and personalized key has your dwelling;
- to let age wood naturally.
Our teams of fitters assemble all the materials which we provide. We assemble all the wood framework, the interior and external wood finishings, the insulation (roof, wall, floor), the interior sides and the floors.
The transport, the housing and the food of the fitters are paid by the customer during the period of assembly of the house.
We do not propose a house "keys in hands", therefore we do not look after the electricity installation, the plumbing and the heating.
For the assembly, there are several alternatives:
- we come with our teams;
- the customer assembles it-self;
- we propose a person for technical help.
